By using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”), which we may update or amend from time to time. We will provide notice of any changes to these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
Eligibility: By registering and using the Services, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to subscribe to any of our Services.
Advisory: All investment consultations are provided by Prashanth Sekhar (SEBI RIA - INA200016412)
Scope of Agreement: By accessing and/or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to your use of the Platform, including when you register a user account or use the Services.
User Responsibilities: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your user account.
Use of the Platform: You are granted a limited right to access and use the Platform and the materials provided therein for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to share your user account and password with others.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aarambha Invest and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
Content and Ownership: All content on the Platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability: Aarambha Invest is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.
Payments, Subscription, and Refunds (Pro Plan)
The Pro plan is a paid subscription offering made available through the Aarambha platform. For users in India, the subscription may include investment-related updates, market insights, and advisory communications provided by Prashanth Sekhar, SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (INA200016412), subject to applicable law and the scope of services described on the platform.
Subscription charges are collected through third-party payment processors, including Razorpay, based on the plan selected by the user, including monthly, quarterly, or annual plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance and, unless otherwise stated, renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
For the global version of the Aarambha app market as ‘Adi’, the subscription may instead provide access to the full learning flow, including educational lessons, tools, and other premium content made available within the platform. The features, benefits, and pricing of each plan will be displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
If a user experiences a failed transaction, duplicate charge, incorrect debit, or any technical billing issue, the user may submit a refund request through the “Contact Us” form within the app or by emailing admin@aarambha-invest.com with relevant transaction details. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method only.
Once a refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to reflect in the user’s account depends on Razorpay, the user’s bank, and the payment method used, and it may take up to 10 to 14 working days for the credited amount to appear. Aarambha does not guarantee faster settlement timelines where delays are caused by banking partners or payment networks.
Except as required under applicable law, or where Aarambha determines that a refund is justified due to a duplicate charge, failed transaction, or technical error, subscription fees are non-refundable once the relevant subscription period has started and access to the applicable services or content has been granted. Any cancellation will stop future renewals where supported, but will not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period unless expressly approved by Aarambha or required by law.
