1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Sampatwise operates two distinct product experiences:
Aarambha: India
The India version of Aarambha is designed for users in India and may include financial education, investment-related features, investment products, and investment advisory services.
Certain investment advisory consultations available through the India platform are provided by:

Any such advisory services are separate from the general educational content provided through the platform and are available only through the India version of Aarambha, subject to the scope and terms of the applicable service.
Adi: Global
The global version of our product is marketed as Adi.
Adi is an interactive financial education platform focused on helping users learn about money, investing, personal finance, economics, and related concepts through educational content, interactive lessons, games, quizzes, challenges, rewards, and AI-powered learning experiences.
Adi does not provide investment advisory services, investment recommendations, portfolio management, brokerage services, investment execution, or other investment-management services.
The features and services available through Aarambha India and Adi Global may therefore differ.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 15 years of age to register for or use paid Services.
By registering for an account or purchasing a subscription, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to subscribe to our paid Services.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update such information when necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You must not:
Share your account credentials with another person.
Allow another person to use your account.
Create an account using false information.
Attempt to access another person's account.
Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.
4. INDIA APP: INVESTMENT AND ADVISORY SERVICES
The India version of Aarambha may provide access to investment-related features and services.
Where investment advisory consultations are offered, they are provided by Prashanth Sekhar, SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (INA200016412).
Such advisory services are:
Available only through the India version of Aarambha.
Separate from Adi's global educational services.
Provided only within the scope of the applicable advisory service.
Subject to the terms and conditions presented to the user when the service is made available.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as making investment advisory services available through Adi.
Adi does not provide investment advisory services.
Users accessing Adi globally should understand that Adi is an educational product only.
Adi does not:
Manage investments.
Allocate portfolios.
Execute investments.
Buy or sell securities on behalf of users.
Provide individualized investment recommendations.
Act as a broker.
Hold or custody user funds or securities.
Provide personalized investment advisory services.
5. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
The Services may contain educational content covering subjects including, but not limited to:

Saving and budgeting
Investing concepts
Stocks and markets
Mutual funds
Economics
Financial terminology
Financial decision-making

All financial content provided through Adi is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Adi does not provide personalized financial advice or recommendations.
Examples, scenarios, simulations, calculations, historical information, and hypothetical outcomes are educational and may not reflect actual future results.
Users should not interpret educational content as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product.
6. AI FEATURES
Adi and/or Aarambha may provide AI-powered features, including AI assistants, educational explanations, personalized learning experiences, question answering, and other interactive tools.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies.
AI-generated content should not be treated as professional financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it for any important decision.
7. GAMES, REWARDS, CHALLENGES AND LEADERBOARDS
Adi may include interactive games, quizzes, challenges, streaks, stars, points, badges, leaderboards, rewards, rankings, and similar features.
These features are designed to make financial education more engaging.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Points have no cash value.
Stars have no cash value.
Streaks have no cash value.
Leaderboard positions have no monetary value.
In-app achievements do not represent financial performance.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated by us.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, reward, challenge, leaderboard, or similar feature at any time.
8. PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS
There are two separate Pro subscription offerings:
8.1 Aarambha Pro: India
Aarambha Pro is the paid subscription offering available through the India version of the Aarambha platform.
Depending on the plan selected, Aarambha Pro may provide access to:
Premium educational content
Investment-related information
Market-related content
Investment-related platform features
Advisory-related services where specifically included
Other premium features described at the time of purchase
Where investment advisory consultations are included, those consultations are provided by Prashanth Sekhar, SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (INA200016412).
The specific services, features, pricing, billing period, and applicable terms will be presented to the user before purchase.
8.2 Adi Pro: Global
Adi Pro is the paid subscription offering available through the global Adi platform.
Adi Pro may include access to:
Full educational lesson libraries
Interactive financial lessons
Games and quizzes
Advanced challenges
Personalized learning experiences
Progress tracking
Streaks and rewards
Leaderboards
AI-powered educational features
Premium educational content
Other features made available within the Adi platform
Adi Pro is a financial education subscription.
Adi Pro does not provide investment advisory services, investment recommendations, portfolio management, brokerage, investment execution, or custody of financial assets.
The specific features and pricing applicable to your Adi Pro subscription will be displayed at the time of purchase.
9. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable subscription period.
Depending on the product and plan, subscriptions may be offered on a:
Monthly basis
Quarterly basis
Annual basis
Or another billing period displayed at the time of purchase
The applicable price, currency, billing frequency, and included features will be displayed before payment is completed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or app-store payment systems.
10. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Where automatic renewal is enabled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for subsequent billing periods.
The applicable renewal price will be the price displayed to you at the time of renewal, subject to any required notice of price changes.
11. CANCELLATION
If you do not wish for your subscription to renew, you must cancel the subscription at least 3 days before the next scheduled renewal date.
This is intended to provide sufficient time for the cancellation to be processed before the next scheduled charge.
Cancellation will stop future renewals where supported.
Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the subscription period that has already been paid for.
Depending on where you purchased the subscription, cancellation may need to be completed through:
The Adi or Aarambha platform;
Apple App Store subscription settings;
Google Play subscription settings; or
The applicable payment provider.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their subscription has been successfully cancelled.
12. REFUND POLICY
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
This applies to both:
Aarambha Pro
India subscription payments.
Adi Pro
Global subscription payments.
Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, we generally do not provide refunds because a user:
Changes their mind.
Stops using the Service.
Does not use the available features.
Does not complete lessons.
Does not play games.
Forgets to cancel the subscription.
Cancels after the applicable renewal deadline.
No longer wants the subscription.
For Adi Pro in particular, once a subscription payment has been processed, no refund will ordinarily be provided for the applicable subscription period.
Users should cancel at least 3 days before the next renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for the following period.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, including because of:
A duplicate charge;
A technical payment error;
An unauthorized transaction; or
Another billing issue,
you may contact us with your transaction details.
We may review the issue and determine whether an adjustment or refund is appropriate.
Any refund provided will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including payment processors, Apple, Google, or other providers made available through the Services.
We do not control the processing timelines of third-party payment providers, banks, card networks, or app stores.
Where a refund is approved, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Sampatwise Solutions Pvt Ltd or its applicable licensors.
This includes:

Application design
Branding
Logos
Trademarks
Text
Lessons
Games
Questions
Illustrations
Graphics
Animations
Videos
Audio
Educational materials
AI-generated interfaces and experiences
Other proprietary materials
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
Copy our content.
Reproduce our content.
Distribute our content.
Sell our content.
Modify our content.
Create derivative works from our content.
Reverse engineer the platform.
Attempt to extract source code.
Systematically scrape the platform.
Commercially exploit our content.
15. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
You may provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, responses, or other content through the Services.
You retain ownership of content that you independently own.
By submitting feedback, suggestions, or other materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products and Services without compensation to you.

Nothing in the Services guarantees any financial outcome, investment return, profit, saving, or other financial result.
Historical information and hypothetical examples do not guarantee future outcomes.
Any calculations, examples, simulations, projections, or scenarios are provided for educational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties relating to:

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sampatwise Solutions Pvt Ltd, Aarambha, Adi, and their respective affiliates, employees, contractors, officers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses arising from:

23. INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sampatwise Solutions Pvt Ltd, Aarambha, Adi, their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

24. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if:

We are required to do so by law.
We discontinue the applicable Service.

For the India version of Aarambha, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For Adi users outside India, any mandatory consumer or other legal rights applicable in the user's jurisdiction will not be excluded by these Terms.
27. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES
We may add, modify, remove, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.
This may include:

Where required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

29. SEVERABILITY
